I’ve gone to this Quick Quack since the day it opened, the customer service is phenomenal. The employees go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. The older gentleman who sprays your windshield off, before you go into the bay, is doing an amazing job. He makes sure each car is completely sprayed off, I will forever go to Quick Quack because of their employees.
I like that they give you a wipe for your dash. My car was not super dirty to begin with, but it came out clean. The vacuums are nice and strong. It got it some dirt on my seats that I was worried about (muddy paws). The employees that I interacted with were helpful and polite.
Recently open and not open to provide customer service. I was really really excited to go to this location because of it's convince. I knew I was cutting it close with the time of my arrival but noticed there were several other cars being serviced and vacuuming their cars when I arrived. The hours stated that they were open until 9. I was there at 8:45. Pushing it. They had blocked off the wash. On the sign it stated they were closed at 9. I wanted to make sure I wasn't crazy so I walked up to the window and asked them if they were open. They said no. They were not. I said "are you trying to ditch out early ? Because your website and signs say that you are open until 9." They had no response. Got their manager and said it was a soft opening and closing early for training and I could try another location that would be closed by the time I arrived. Then said have a good night. If you say your open you are open. Be open. There was no Apology for the inconvenience or compensation for them choosing to not stick to their hours. Ive always had a wonderful experience and that why I go here. for a silly car wash #firstworldproblems. it makes a difference to take of the people paying you paycheck. I acknowledge that the biggest inconvenience for both parties was time. For barely opening I expected greater accommodations for their customer. I will never go to this location and hope that they figure out the importance of customer loyalty to their business.
Great quality wash, convenient and Quick. My husband and I both have monthly passes, so no stress when there's rain or snow. Our vehicles always look fantastic and clean - inside and out.
For $30 a month I keep my car clean by going several times a week. Great vacuums and air hoses. The spinning brushes are made of wetsuit material and are very gentle to vehicle paint and clear coat.
