Diana was the most supportive, educated, patient, caring and friendly midwife I could have ever asked for! She allowed my husband and I to make our own educated decisions although she was able to share her knowledge. The birth of my daughter didn't go exactly as planned. My baby was in distress and Diana knew when medical intervention was necessary. I am so grateful for her help through the whole pregnancy and birth. I can't say enough good about her!
Diana helped me have my baby my way. She was so supportive and patient with me. I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt that she had me and my baby in her best interest. Whenever I had a prenatal visit she knew me by name and remembered things we had talked about before. She considered my fears and anxieties and listened and answered my questions and concerns. I know I had many choices and I have had many midwives. I chose Diana after meeting her because I knew my pregnancy and birth experience would be very personalized and cozy instead of feeling like a number. She was experienced and professional throughout my pregnancy and during labor when things could have gone wrong and interventions could be prevented. We just had a wonderful experience overall. She was an angel during a life moment that can easily be traumatizing.

I loved having Diana for my midwife. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She let me have an opinion and was very supportive of my needs and my wants, during both pregnancy and the birth. I felt like I was in really good hands and that all my needs were met. I switched to her when I was 28 weeks and am so glad I did because she treated me like a person and not a patient or a number.
I'm very disappointed in the secretaries at this location. I went in last week for an appointment and they scheduled me for another appointment for today, Thursday. (Or were supposed to.) I called to make sure my appointment was at the certain times, because I usually get a confirmation call the day before and I didn't. Well, I end up calling and getting notice that they didn't schedule me for this week. Or rather, any week at all. They gave me a card last week with my scheduled time and everything and today I had to go through a whole process of seeing if they could squeeze me in today when really, I was one of the first appointments in the day. I had my mother coming with me and everything, and now she can't even come because its too late in the day. Lets just say, I really wish that they would keep their schedules right because this is really upsetting to me. Seriously.
