I had a great experience there. The stylist that cut my hair did a great job giving me a low fade and was really fun to talk to. I'll definitely return.
Good service and nice cut... I don't like that they force online checking and do not allow you to check on via phone call.
I literally just got the worst hair cut ever from this place. I will not be going back. But hey the girl cutting my hair was nice.
I have gone back and forth about posting my experience on here because it was so disappointing. But I want to for warn anyone, so they don't make the mistake I did in going to this establishment. I don't know why I went back a second time after my 1st experience several years ago, was so terrible. The disappoint was inevitable. I am super bothered by the salons customer service and performance. I wasn't heard when I asked for a specific style and got the exact opposite. What i asked for was simple yet it was apparent their knowledge in relevant cuts is none existent. Not to mention the woman who helped me didn't hear me, ask questions to clarify or do what I asked but did the exact opposite. She gave no effort at all. I walked away with a cut that I despise. Goes to show you get what you pay for which, here, is nothing for your buck. I will never go back and I advice anyone who doesn't want botched hair and wasted time and money to not do so either.
Loved my experience! My stylist was VERY knowledgeable and shared her expert opinions to help me get the hairstyle I wanted!! While I missed the hair washing and scalp massage, the service was awesome! Going back myself, would recommend!!!
