I have worked withe three different C-Pap providers and DME is the best,
A couple of people, who just really love what they do - you can tell! The staff was so nice and cooperative, they knew me by name from day one and their products are solid and work so well!
A few days later I received an invoice (postmarked after I called the first time) with double the amount of the previous one. I called a third time and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. He said he would take care of the charge even though he knows I used the oxygen. This is infuriating, as NO DELIVERY OF PRODUCT was ever made. They have no record of a delivery being made, or of additional oxygen tanks being delivered, yet they insist that I have used their oxygen and continue to bill me for additional oxygen systems. It appears as though they are being very dishonest.
I will never do business with this company.

The People at DME are very personable and caring. They're professional and take the time to understand what is needed and present options that work. They aren't covered by my insurance plan but I still shop there because of the quality of the people.
I'm very disappointed with the service I received from DME. The customer service is despicable! I started receiving invoices for a portable oxygen tank from the company, however no delivery was made. More importantly, I did not request such an item. I called and spoke with Robin to explain the issue. He said he would take care of it. Later that day he called back and said the charges still stand because they delivered oxygen. I once again explained that no delivery was made, nor did I even place an order. Besides the phone calls I've made saying that they have incorrectly charged me, I have not had contact with anyone from this company. I urged them to look at their records because they will find no signed delivery slip.
