If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I cannot believe the terrible service. They were trying to charge the elderly man in front of me $150 (90 day supply) for a medication that I bought 2 weeks ago for $7 (30 day supply - do the math and it doesn't add up.) When I brought this up to the manager, they told me it was because he didn't have insurance and I did??? I gave the man some resources for those without insurance.
I waited almost 45 minutes for my babies antibiotic and they still did not have it ready (after shopping, checking out with my groceries, and waiting in the pharmacy line with a sick baby.) I told them that I will be transferring the antibiotic to another pharmacy. I'm very disappointed because I have used Smith's for a very long time and cannot believe the service given tonight.
Very helpful and attentive. They have some wait time usually.
