We would like to thank Told Plumbing for excellent and conscientious service. We had a blocked toilet, a plugged shower drain, and a main drain line that had split open. Our experience was that we were treated well in that their representative Ethan Adams, was sent to help. He took care of the problems and when he left everything worked. We had a recurrence of the blockage. He came back cheerfully and resolved the issue. He was extremely fair in the charges and stood behind the original charge.

Told Plumbing came in quickly to fix the mess American Plumbing created (sewage leak into the downstairs office). They had it complete within hours and took it upon themselves to call in their hazardous waste clean-up crew, who also came in immediately. Their communication was sharp and took the issue out of my hands. In just this one experience, I have high confidence with their proficiency and timeliness. Keep up the good work!

$1000 an hour for weekend emergencies? When I spoke to the fellow on the phone he gave me an estimate for the job I described as $250. I thought that was steep, but the seal on the toilet had given way and the little valve to turn off water to the toilet was not working and started leaking when I tried to turn it off; I was desperate to get it fixed quick as we live in the basement and there is only the one toilet. Anyway, after he started working he asked me if I was planning to change the seal on the toilet myself. I said I had been planning on it, but then called him when the valve started leaking as well. That's when he told me he would charge me an additional $250 for that problem. When I protested he just said that was the emergency rate. So, for a simple change of the valve that took ten minutes (he was in and out of the house in less than 15) I got charged $250 and didn't even get the main problem fixed (the toilet seal). That works out to $1000 an hour, which even for emergencies is ludicrous.

We've never used Told Plumbings services, but why we never will is because in Springville I was on my way to visit family just when a driver with Told Plumbing stopped traffic to throw F bombs at this poor lady that was in front of me and screaming and yelling at her and I wasn't sure as to why. It was disturbing behavior and I reported it to Told Plumbing who said they knew the driver and they'd talk with him. I hope he gets fired. The poor girl was so shaken she later pulled over.

Great company! Would recommend them to anyone, whether corporate or private. Keep your money local with a wonderful locally owned company!
