These guys are beyond awesome! Very helpful and great to work with. I would recommend them for anyone that is looking for nice used trucks and a good honest company to work with.
Bought an LBZ from them and two days later found out it had a bad Head Gasket. They took care of us and I would highly recommend them for diesel pick up purchases.
Great family owned business. I wanted a certain truck and they happened to have a beautiful one they had just received on trade in. I quickly gave it a stress free test drive (no questions like "what's your budget", "what do you want your payment to be". Their mechanic gave the truck a detailed overview, we agreed on a price (easy because they had it listed at a fair price) and we were all set. They were quick to reply to my texts and phone calls. If they have a vehicle that you're remotely interested in, I'd check them out. Compared to other dealerships in the valley (I went to about 6 before these guys), All Star Auto was the best to work with.
I bought my truck on Nov 1 2016 and have put about 15,000 miles on it since then and have a good feel for the truck so I feel my review will be very accurate. I went into the dealership on a Friday evening and drove a truck and agreed on a sale price with Tyler. We agreed upon fixing a few things for a certain price. Those things were front end (poor steering), tire pressure light, "perform service" on the overhead console, and replace the passenger side mirror because it wouldn't adjust. The only thing they fixed was the mirror, and that took about a month to get one. They had me take it to a shop to work on the front end, they scratched the drivers door and didn't completely fix the problem. When I told Tyler about the scratches in the door he simply said we could arrange a time for me to buff them out using the shops buffer. When I picked up the truck I asked about the tire pressure light and they just told me I need to put air in my tires. Then a few days later I noticed that my engine brake wasn't working so I called and talked to Tyler again, since I had been dealing with him the whole time, and he just argued with me saying that it worked. I like the truck I bought from them but I wasn't impressed with their service. I don't plan on buying another vehicle from there unless it's exactly what I want and there isn't another one like it within 500 miles. -Jace Morgan
