He made the process painless and stayed after hours to meet us as we were driving down from Brigham City. He filled our gas tank and replaced the batteries in both keys for our new van. Excellent service they did their best to accommodate me in my search for a vehicle. Best of all they had a true no pressure attitude telling me a couple times I visited when I couldn't make up my mind which of two civics I wanted to go home and sleep on it. Also they had very accurate listing info. In the end they got the paperwork ready over the phone and submitted to the credit union I had already gotten approval with, this saved me a day in trying to go to places after my regular work hours to finalize the paperwork and everything was exactly as they told me when I looked over things in person.
